Lisa C. Doran, CPA
Lisa is licensed in the State of California, with more than 20 years experience auditing nonprofit corporations, especially 501(c)(3) organizations and affordable housing entities. Her areas of expertise include performing audits in compliance with Government Auditing Standards and OMB’s Uniform Guidance, consolidations, and internal control studies. She also has performed numerous audits in compliance with HUD and CalHFA requirements, as well as cost certifications for submission to the California Tax Credit Allocation Committee.
Lisa is a member of the California Society of CPAs (CalCPA) and the AICPA, and a regular panelist on the topic of nonprofit compliance for the Center for Volunteer and Nonprofit Leadership. Lisa earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Accounting Emphasis, from San Francisco State University, graduating Magna Cum Laude.

Jeremy Petersen has more than 15 years experience working with nonprofit organizations, managing audit preparation, performing fieldwork, and preparing information returns.
